Residential Care

You will immediately notice when you walk into any of our Norfolk care homes, the warm, friendly atmosphere. We want our residents to feel instantly at home and feel happy living in a safe, comfortable environment. All our Norfolk care homes provide a range of services to meet the residents requirements, such as support with daily tasks, hairdressers, outings and activities.

Our care homes provide residents with around the clock care, comfortable rooms, up to date facilities, beautiful decor, and surroundings. All rooms are furnished. However, we are more than happy for residents to furnish their own rooms if that’s what they prefer.

Dementia Care

It is difficult if your loved one is suffering from dementia, it impacts on their quality of life and their ability to be totally independent. Our specialised dementia care will ensure their wellbeing around the clock; expert assistance will always be at hand to comfort and care for them.

Short Stays

We understand that sometimes it helps when you can have a break from caring for a loved one. We can offer a temporary retreat, where your loved one will receive all the care and understanding they need while you can get a much-needed rest.

Short stays are available for all people for many different reasons. It could be temporary care due to a family holiday, or short stay support while you get better from an illness, whatever the reason it’s good to know that we’re here to help.

Day Care

Day care is suitable for people who like the independence of their own home but miss out on companionship and stimulating activities. Day care also suits many people who live with their relatives and enjoy the odd day in a different environment. This type of care can give relatives peace of mind knowing that help is at hand for the odd day here and there if or when it’s needed.

Respite Care

Respite care is an opportunity for carers and family to have a break, perhaps to have a holiday or to take a week or two off to look after their own needs.

Having the option to use the respite care service gives you peace of mind that your loved one is receiving the best care and allows you to give your attention to something else for a while.

Palliative Care

We are here for your loved one if they are terminally ill, providing the best care, as well as relief from pain and other symptoms. The family will require plenty of emotional help during this time; our support system will help during the illness and the bereavement.
