The Limes Care Home is located in Hellesdon, Norwich and has been providing Residential Care for over 30 years.

We pride ourselves on the level of care each of our residents receive. We offer a variety of services including Respite Care & Dementia Care.

We are proud to offer comfortable rooms and communal areas as well as a host of amenities and facilities that are designed to enhance our residents daily lives. Set in a peaceful location, we have secluded gardens for our residents and their families to enjoy. Our rooms are decorated to a high standard and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with their belongings.The Limes Care Home is situated close to local shops.

Activities at The Limes

We believe daily activities for our residents are so important to their well being, therefore much emphasis is spent on organising and planning stimulating programmes that they can enjoy. From simple things such as daily exercise to tea dances, movie nights, magic shows and much much more.

Our Activity teams work closely with all the residents and their family members to create great, stimulating programmes. Lots of indoor activities are available, whilst many outdoor activities are also organised. Days out include shopping trips, picnics, and beach trips using our minibus.

“I have been working within the care sector since 2012. I initially started within a residential dementia home, whilst studying access to science & nursing at college. After college I decided to continue in care, I started working as a care assistant & worked up to a bank senior within a residential home. I then started a full time senior position within another home & worked between both. In my spare time I volunteered with St John Ambulance as an Advanced First aider. Covering events across Norfolk with other volunteers. Due to work commitments, I no longer had time to volunteer. Following this I worked providing non-emergency patient transport within Norfolk. Transporting patients to/from appointments & supporting discharge from hospital. I have also worked with horses, as a freelance instructor. I started at The Limes in 2018 as a Senior Care Assistant,I then moved into Deputy Manager position in 2019, before becoming Manager in March 2025. I am passionate about providing person centred care & enhancing the lives of those within our care.”
