Our Care Homes – Celebrating Life together

It is our intention to create an environment that is home from home to our residents. This is what we want for all our loved ones.

Across all of our care homes, our teams pride themselves on delivering first class “person-centred” care. Our residents are our primary focus, and we are passionate about creating a homely environment. Led by 3 vastly experienced care managers, each team work tirelessly to ensure our residents receive the love and care they need whilst encouraging independence. They understand the challenges associated with complex conditions such as dementia and have a wealth of knowledge and skills between them.

Residential Care

Our residential care service allows residents to enjoy life in a “home from home” environment. Our aim is to provide a friendly and safe environment, which offers the flexibility of maximum independence as well as peace of mind from 24-hour expert care. We also know that visits from family and friends are incredibly important to our residents, so we offer an open visiting policy. There s no need to book an appointment, visitors are always welcome at any time.

Dementia Care

Our dementia care service comprises of a carefully selected team of carers in each home. They have extensive training and experience that enable them to understand & empathise the needs of those living with dementia.

We care for our dementia residents as individuals. We develop a personalised care plan and respect the uniqueness of each person. We look to work closely with help from residents, family and friends to develop a care plan that can be used daily and help maintain the identity and dignity of the person as dementia progresses.

Day Care & Respite Care

Day Care & Respite Care offers non-residents the chance to stay in one of our homes for a short period of time. Carers can use our homes as a safe and happy alternative to provide their loved one with temporary loving care, be it for a day, a night or longer.
